The Role
Your role
As an Intern at Kyndryl, your journey will start with immersive learning programs focused on building a core set of business and technical skills which you will use working on exciting projects with our clients. While gaining exposure to day-to-day operations, the skills that you’ll learn will be required for the development of cutting-edge products and services for our clients. We will support you in kickstarting your career by offering mentorship, shadowing, and skill specialization opportunities during the experience.




CS Management Trainee seeking practical experience shall be well versed in understanding regulatory landscape
Practical training shall be provided in below areas (and not limited to):
Track regulatory updates, amendments related to different departments (HR, ER, LR, Payroll, Tax, Finance, Treasury, Benefits, Diversity etc.,)
Preparation of board meetings
Document preparation for all Secretarial matters
Companies Act and other statutory acts applicable to company
Support legal team in keeping/filing all the records
Keeping track of all statutory licenses
Track government notices and follow up with respective department for responding
Support Government related surveys
Follow up on updates in the RegTrack tool by each department and reports
Drafting and modifying regular legal templates, agreements, NDA
Support Statutory Audit
Support Internal Audit for Kyndryl India working with consultants
