Senior Software Engineer – AI/ML
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – AI/ML with solid hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, particularly in designing and developing complex, production-level AI/ML solutions.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience taking AI/ML solutions from concept or prototype through to production deployment, with a strong understanding of model integration, AI/ML workflows, scalability, performance, and reliability.
Experience in API development and software engineering is also required, but this will be a secondary focus compared to hands-on AI/ML expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI/ML solutions for complex business and technical use cases.
Develop and implement AI/ML solutions using appropriate models, frameworks, tools, and technologies.
Work with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI/ML applications where applicable.
Develop solutions involving RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, model integration,



and AI workflows.
Build and integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise applications and existing technology ecosystems.
Evaluate and optimize AI/ML solutions for accuracy, performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
Work with large and complex datasets and apply appropriate machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems.
Develop and maintain REST APIs and services to expose and integrate AI/ML capabilities with enterprise applications.
Integrate AI/ML solutions with databases, external services, enterprise applications, and other data sources.
Write clean, maintainable, testable, and production-ready code.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, deployment, and production support.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI/ML models, applications, integrations, and production environments.
