Role Summary:
Talent Acquisition Partnering supports the delivery of global hiring plans by working closely with People Partners and Hiring Managers. This role focuses on delivering timely, high-quality hiring outcomes, while providing a positive and inclusive candidate experience and maintaining robust operational discipline across recruitment activities.
Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
Delivers end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including high-volume hiring, with limited supervision and clear accountability for outcomes.
Works collaboratively with Hiring Managers and People Partners to understand role requirements, hiring timelines and workforce needs.
Coordinates interview and assessment activities, ensuring all logistics, materials and collaborators are prepared in advance.
Manages ongoing candidate communication, responding to questions promptly and supporting pre-joining and onboarding activities.
Acts as the primary contact for background verification activities, liaising with vendors to ensure checks are completed accurately,



on time and in line with agreed standards.
Identifies and attracts candidates using a range of sourcing channels, including direct sourcing, internal talent pools and referrals.
Builds effective working relationships with business collaborators and internal recruitment teams to support smooth hiring delivery.
Maintains accurate recruitment data and prepares regular reports to supervise hiring progress, pipeline status and key performance indicators.
Contributes to continuous improvement by finding opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, candidate experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience.
6+ years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment
Leadership hiring experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Strong communication, organisational and collaborator management skills.
