The Ops Sup Specialist is an entry level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; Reconciliation and Resolution of General Ledger outages and escalate issues in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure seamless delivery of day-to-day operations support services in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
Responsibilities:
Validation of credit card related settlements and performing journals to balance the General ledgers. Reconciliation and Resolution of General Ledger outages and supervise escalated issues, providing effective and effective service to Citi’s clients
Recommending new work procedures to help streamline operations
Comprehensive knowledge of General Ledger Reconciliation / Research / Investigation process across multiple applications
Conduct training, monitor quality and quantity of team and provide suggestions to improve the efficiency of the team Communicate daily with management on productivity, quality, availability,
Management Information System (MIS) indicators, as well as providing written and oral communications to supported business areas for approval of correct financial entries and resolution of incorrect entries
