Job Description
Working days - Mon-Sat (6 days a week)
Salary: 3LPA - 4 LPA

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Onsite HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at the factory floor. The role requires strong coordination skills, continuous employee interaction,



and close collaboration with Production, Safety, and Management teams to ensure smooth workforce operations, compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Attendance, Leave & Discipline Management
Monitor daily attendance, shift movements, break timings, and leave records.
Track absenteeism, late entries, and unauthorized leaves; escalate issues in real time.
Support implementation of attendance and discipline policies across shifts.
2. Hiring & Interview Coordination
Coordinate end-to-end hiring activities including walk-ins, shop-floor hiring, and urgent manpower requirements.
Schedule and manage internal and external interviews.
Act as the first point of coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and HR leadership.
3. Joining, Induction & Onboarding
Manage joining formalities, document verification, and approvals.
