ROLE MANDATE

Own and scale the regional Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence practice, delivering trusted insight, responsible AI adoption, and measurable business value across operating companies and functions.

1. Role Summary

The Regional Domain Lead - Business Intelligence & AI will own the regional strategy, governance, architecture, delivery, and adoption of Analytics and Artificial Intelligence capabilities across the BAMSCA region.

This role is accountable for establishing a data-driven and AI-enabled organisation through the strategic use of Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform, Azure AI Services, Microsoft Copilot, and Generative AI technologies. The incumbent will lead the BAMSCA Region BI & AI practice, drive enterprise-wide analytics maturity, develop AI use cases, and partner with business leadership to unlock measurable business value through data and AI.

The role acts as the bridge between business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and HR, and technology teams,



ensuring that analytics and AI initiatives align with Global Strategy, Governance requirements, and digital transformation objectives.

Regional BI & AI Strategy Leadership

Define and execute the regional Data, Analytics & AI roadmap aligned with the Global digital transformation priorities.

Establish and lead the BI & AI CoE for the region.

Identify, prioritize, and govern the BI and AI portfolio based on business value, ROI, complexity, and strategic importance.

Partner with Regional leadership and OCs to identify opportunities for AI-driven productivity, automation, and decision intelligence.

Develop business cases, investment proposals, and benefit realisation frameworks for BI and AI initiatives.

Influence executive stakeholders through analytics storytelling and AI innovation workshops.

Drive adoption of enterprise AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered business assistants.
