Job Purpose: Superintendent – Operations CSD & Ancillaries manages the operation
and maintenance of support crafts,



ensuring daily operational readiness,
productive fleet functioning, and the well-being and performance of related
staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Management:

* Optimize support craft deployment, monitor O&M; activities, and oversee
installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of assigned equipment.

Equipment Maintenance:

* Manage material requisitions, coordinate supply, monitor inventory, support
RCA and CAPA implementation, develop maintenance procedures, and ensure
adherence to schedules to prolong equipment lifespan and minimize failures.

Documentation and Reporting:

* Maintain technical drawings, ensure compliance with regulations, and complete
required documentation and certifications on time.

Quality Assurance:

* Develop and implement RCA and CAPA procedures, monitor adherence to
schedules, and take corrective actions to maintain efficiency and compliance.

Budget Control:

* Manage and optimize budgets
