Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Gujarat, India for the Future Advanced Controls & Robotics position.



The role involves designing, developing, and implementing advanced control systems and robotic solutions for manufacturing environments, aligned with Industry 4.0 and automation strategies. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and programming control hardware and software, integrating robotics with existing systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation on the shop floor. The professional in this role will analyze performance data, troubleshoot issues, and optimize control logic to support continuous improvement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include preparing technical documentation, supporting commissioning and validation activities, and contributing to client-facing discussions on system enhancements and new automation opportunities.
