Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales with a strong background in product-based companies and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical operations in Microbiology department.

In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and prospective customers to articulate product value, design solution fit, and accelerate deal closures. You will serve as the product expert during the sales cycle, bridging business needs with technical capability and ensuring a seamless transition from presales to delivery.





Key Responsibilities
Client Discovery & Engagement
Collaborate with Sales / Business Development teams to assess, qualify, and scope opportunities.
Lead discovery meetings, workshops, and product demonstrations with pharma customers.
Analyze current-state processes of Microbiology in pharma manufacturing and define future-state workflows.
Solution Mapping & Product Demonstrations
Translate customer requirements into tailored product configurations, solution architectures, and value pathways.
Showcase solution capabilities through demos, PoCs, and scenario-based walkthroughs.
Present clear value propositions—business impact, ROI, compliance benefits, and differentiators.
Proposal Creation & Technical Validation
Build detailed technical/functional proposals and solution documentation.
Address customer objections with data-backed, domain-relevant responses.
