About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist (BDS) to identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and contribute to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Understand client requirements and explain relevant products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct follow-ups and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
Research market trends,



competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is preferred.
