Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Your role includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, guiding the customer journey, and shaping functional and application designs.



You ensure that the technology and business solutions you help develop accurately reflect the client s requirements, fostering seamless integration and enhanced operational outcomes.
