This is a senior-level chance focused on developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise identity and access management solutions.
You will take ownership of One Identity Manager, from configuration and customization through testing, deployment, and production support.
The role also involves building and maintaining API integrations across IAM and security platforms.
You’ll contribute to secure, reliable identity lifecycle processes within a complex enterprise technology environment.
Working closely with technical and business stakeholders, you’ll assess changes, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvements.
The position offers significant technical ownership across the IAM ecosystem, with exposure to upgrades, integrations, certificates, and operational security.
Depending on project needs, the role may also involve coordination with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.

Accountabilities




Conduct impact analysis for new features, enhancements, and integration changes within One Identity Manager.
Create, review, and maintain technical specifications, solution designs, implementation documents, and other IAM documentation.
Configure, customize, develop, and administer the One Identity Manager platform to meet business and security requirements.
Develop new IAM features and enhancements while maintaining the reliability and maintainability of existing solutions.
Lead testing activities, coordinate releases, and provide deployment support for IAM platform changes.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, alerts, and errors in One Identity Manager environments within established operational expectations.
Manage certificate renewals, platform version upgrades, patching cycles, and other IAM maintenance activities.
