About the Role
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive residential rooftop solar sales in assigned territories across Kerala.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for converting company-generated customer enquiries into residential solar installations. The role involves field visits, understanding customer requirements, evaluating electricity consumption and rooftop suitability, presenting solar solutions, preparing quotations, negotiating with customers and closing sales.
The company will provide qualified leads within the assigned territory. The Executive is expected to efficiently manage these leads and convert them into completed residential solar projects.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and manage residential solar leads generated through the company's marketing campaigns.




Contact customers promptly and schedule appointments/site visits.
Visit customers at their homes and understand their electricity consumption, requirements and future needs.
Assess basic rooftop suitability, available space and installation requirements.
Explain suitable solar system configurations, expected generation, savings, subsidy advantages and project economics.
Recommend appropriate system sizes, including 3 kW, 5 kW and larger residential systems.
Prepare and present quotations and proposals to customers.
Follow up systematically with prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.
Negotiate commercially within the company's approved pricing and margin guidelines.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.
Coordinate with the technical, documentation and installation teams until project completion.
