Role Description The Mechanical Engineering Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Abroad. This role is responsible for leading mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion, overseeing design, analysis, and implementation of mechanical systems and components. The manager will supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, allocate resources, review design work, and ensure adherence to technical standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.



Day-to-day activities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing technical documentation, monitoring project progress, resolving engineering issues, and optimizing processes for quality and efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership on project planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
