Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years relevant core BA experience in a client facing role
Minimum of 3 years of BA skillset - Requirements Engineering and Processes

Strong communication skills and stakeholder management with senior stakeholders

Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating high-quality detailed business requirements, process and training documentation

Sourcing requirements from appropriate stakeholders with varying seniority

Minimum of 3 years of experience working in manufacturing domain as Business Analyst

The ability to produce process documentation including process maps, flow diagrams, requirement specifications, functional designs, and features stories etc.

Minimum of 3 years work experience with Agile environment and Azure Devops tool.





Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

Positive understanding of techniques with respect to problem solving and decision making

Understanding of industry-standard modelling standards and methodologies

Minimum 3 years of successful involvement in projects through the full project life cycle

Minimum 3 years of experience of handling conflicting demands, prioritizing workloads, and delegating effectively in order to deliver

Demonstrable team working and individual working skills

Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
