About Zivaya Wellness
Zivaya Wellness at Marriott Indore is looking for a robust, mature,



commercially driven and hands-on Outlet Manager who can take complete ownership of the outlet.
This is a high-responsibility role combining:
Outlet Operations + Sales + Guest Experience + Team Leadership + Revenue + Hotel Coordination
We are looking for someone who can run the outlet as a business, not simply manage a reception desk.
The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable:
Welcoming and engaging guests
Driving sales and conversions
Coaching and managing a team
Managing daily operations
Handling guest concerns
Coordinating with hotel departments
Driving upselling and cross-selling
Monitoring revenue and performance
Maintaining premium service standards
Taking complete ownership of the outlet
