We are now expanding our sales network and are looking for independent B2B Sales Partners who can help us acquire recent clients.
About the Opportunity
This is a commission-based sales partnership, not a conventional salaried position.
We are looking for people who are confident in their ability to identify prospects, start conversations, understand business requirements, present solutions and close paying clients.
You can sell NirvoTech's existing solutions or identify businesses that need a technology solution and work with our team to develop the right proposal.
What You'll Do
Identify and approach potential B2B clients
Generate your own leads through your network,



LinkedIn, cold calling, email, WhatsApp and other channels
Work with leads provided by NirvoTech
Understand the prospect's business and identify technology opportunities
Present NirvoTech's services and solutions to decision-makers
Coordinate with our technical team when a customized solution is required
Conduct follow-ups and manage the sales process
Negotiate and close deals
Build relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
Commission Structure
Your earning potential is directly tied to the revenue you generate.
10% Commission
For clients/leads provided by NirvoTech that you successfully close.
20% Commission
For prospects you independently find, approach and successfully close.
For repeat business from clients originally acquired by you.
Example:
If you close a ₹1,00,000 deal from a NirvoTech-provided lead:
You earn ₹10,000.
If you independently find and close a ₹
