Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist located in the Mohali district. The specialist will provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, including installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers and related peripherals. Daily responsibilities include responding to help desk tickets, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, and documenting solutions and procedures.



The role involves coordinating with other IT team members and vendors when necessary, supporting system upgrades, and ensuring that security and compliance standards are followed. The specialist will also assist in user training, maintain inventory of IT equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement of IT support processes.

Qualifications
Candidates should have excellent communication skills with fluent english. You will be responsible to act as primary person to answer customer enquiries and put bookings in for remote and onsite visit.
Candidates should possess skills in Technical Support and Help Desk Support to assist users with hardware, software, and access issues.
