What you'll actually do:
Edit 6-20 performance ads per week for campaigns with active advertising spend.
Create hyperrealistic AI UGC, animated ads and high-quality voiceovers.




Produce AI song ads and animations in styles such as 3D and claymation.
Develop new hooks, concepts and variations based on performance data.
Analyse results and improve creatives through continuous testing and iteration.
Deliver high-quality work quickly and consistently.
Communicate progress clearly and identify potential blockers early.
Take ownership of deadlines and maintain a high level of responsiveness.
Performance Bonus System
Every ad earns XP based on the advertising spend it generates. As your XP level increases, so does your bonus multiplier.
When your ads scale, your earning potential grows with them.
