Job Role & Responsibilities:
Financial models to calculate project profitability.
Calculating and processing payouts to channel partners and staff.
Handle financial tasks such as finalizing books, preparing payrolls, and maintaining Balance Sheets (B/S).
Preparing and analyzing financial statements like cash flow statements, balance sheet, and profit and loss statements.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
Communicating and coordinating with clients.
Education and Experience:
Hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree or similar
Possess minimum 2 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
A Postgraduate degree or Chartered Accountant (Intermediate) qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidate Specifications:
Excellent written and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
Advanced MS Excel skills including V lookups and pivot tables.
Experience with general ledger functions.
Ability to manage various financial aspects, including taxation.
Detail-oriented and capable of handling diverse accounting functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to adapt to the US Pacific Time Zone (9pm-6am IST) - Must have
Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally or QuickBooks.
Candidates with prior experience in direct dealings with clients will be preferred.
