Role Description The Education Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada. In this position, the specialist supports the design and delivery of Ei’s educational programs and resources,



ensuring they align with the organization’s learning outcomes and research-based frameworks. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions and workshops for educators, providing implementation support to schools, and offering guidance on using Ei’s platforms and assessments effectively. The role involves gathering feedback from teachers and learners, documenting classroom experiences, and collaborating with product and research teams to refine content and improve learning interventions. The Education Specialist also communicates regularly with stakeholders, responds to queries, and helps maintain high-quality customer service standards in all educational engagements.
Qualifications
