About the Role:
Hi Tours Group is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the short haul sales function and drive revenue growth. The role will focus on team leadership, team building and recruiting, B2B & B2C sales, business development, key client management, and achievement of sales targets. We are looking for someone who can build and run a modern, AI-driven travel contact center from the ground up, with the potential to grow into the Head of Sales role and streamline the entire sales operation.

Key Responsibilities
Drive team revenue, conversion, profitability, and overall sales targets specifically for the Short Haul travel vertical.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business for Short Haul destinations through B2B and B2C channels.
Build and scale the Short Haul Sales team, including recruiting, hiring, training,



and developing Sales Executives and other team members as per business requirements.
Design and implement an effective team structure, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, reporting lines, KPIs, and career growth paths with in the Short Haul Sales team.
Lead, coach, and mentor the Short Haul Sales team through regular reviews, performance discussions, training ,and development initiatives.
Build and strengthen systems and processes for a robust, modern, and AI-driven Short Haul sales operation focused on improving productivity, conversion, revenue ,and profitability.
Drive upselling, cross-selling, repeat business, and client referrals across Short Haul travel products and destinations.
Monitor and analyze Short Haul sales performance, customer preferences, market trends, competitor activities, and destination demand to identify current growth opportunities.
