About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Azure OpenAI Architect/Developer with 10-15 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Azure OpenAI Services, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Python-based AI application development. This role involves architecting scalable, secure, and cloud-native AI solutions that help organizations accelerate innovation, automate business processes, and enhance customer experiences.

What You'll Do:

Design and develop enterprise-grade AI applications using Azure OpenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using Azure AI Search and vector-based retrieval systems.
Build intelligent AI agents and workflow orchestration solutions using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and modern agent frameworks.




Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications for AI-powered platforms.
Create and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve AI model performance and response quality.
Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performing AI solution architectures.
Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, business systems, and cloud platforms.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Lead technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and implementation planning.
Drive DevOps best practices, CI/CD automation, and deployment strategies for AI applications.
Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership on AI and cloud-native technologies.
