Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Operations & Administration:
Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise IT infrastructure, data center facilities, and server rooms.Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments, active directory, Linux virtual machines, VMware infrastructure,
Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), and backup solutions.Manage user accounts, permissions, system access rights, and security configurations.Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, availability, and service health to ensure optimal operation.Perform daily system checks, preventive maintenance, and infrastructure audits.Manage backups, disaster recovery processes, and system recovery procedures.
Virtualization & End-User Computing:
Administer VMware vSphere, ESXi hosts, vCenter, cluster environments, and virtual machine lifecycle management.Manage VMware Horizon View VDI environments, thin clients, and virtual desktop infrastructure.Execute host migrations, system upgrades, and infrastructure optimization initiatives.Ensure virtualization platforms remain secure, stable, and aligned with organizational standards.
