NThread is building an AI-powered recruitment platform focused on helping companies make better hiring decisions and solve complex talent problems at scale.
We are building for a world where AI does far more than automate recruiter workflows. It should understand context, improve decision quality and help recruitment teams operate with significantly greater intelligence. We are looking for someone who can become one of the key minds behind how that intelligence evolves.
The Role
We are already a team of five including founders, engineers and data especialists. You will work at the intersection of Recruitment Intelligence × AI × Product × Talent Markets. Your job will be to help define how an intelligent recruitment platform should think about hiring problems. Hundreds of companies may eventually use NThread to solve very different hiring challenges.
What You Will Own
Build the intelligence behind NThread
Understand complex hiring requirements and help define how our AI should interpret them.
Identify the variables that actually matter across different roles,
companies and hiring environments.
Help distinguish between what is simply written in a JD and what genuinely determines whether someone is relevant for a role.
Shape AI Search Intelligence
Help improve how the platform approaches complex talent problems.
You will bring recruitment judgement, market understanding and structured thinking into how the product evaluates different hiring situations.
You will help turn strong recruiter intuition into repeatable intelligence that can operate at scale.
Evaluate AI Quality
Continuously assess whether our AI-generated recommendations, search results and candidate rankings are relevant, logical and useful.
Identify where the system is making weak assumptions, missing solid talent or producing outcomes that do not reflect how an experienced recruiter would think.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve the quality of those decisions.
