Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Manager – Learning & Organizational Development to lead capability development initiatives across the organization. The role will be responsible for designing and delivering leadership development programs, competency frameworks, assessment centers, and strategic learning interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development Strategy




Drive capability-building initiatives aligned with organizational and business goals.
Ensure effective implementation of learning frameworks and development programs across functions.
Maintain high standards of LMS compliance and learning governance.
Program Management
Lead end-to-end execution of leadership and capability development programs.
Manage program planning, stakeholder coordination, execution, tracking, and reporting.
Monitor learning effectiveness and present impact reports to leadership.
Training Design & Delivery
Design and develop behavioral, communication, managerial, and leadership development programs.
Create facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessments, and learning activities.
Facilitate First-Time Manager (FTM), Individual Contributor (IC), and leadership development programs.
Competency Framework & Talent Assessment
Develop and implement competency frameworks for key organizational roles.
