Role Description This is a full-time Inside Sales Representative role based on-site in Coimbatore. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective customers, and provide information about Countingwell’s products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, managing customer accounts,



and maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM. The role involves nurturing relationships, addressing customer questions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with marketing and product teams to share customer feedback, support sales campaigns, and help meet individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into qualified opportunities.
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to respond promptly, resolve issues, and build trust with learners and families.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in phone-based and online interactions.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with valuable time management and organizational skills.
Prior experience in Ed-Tech, education, or B2B sales
