As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in our company's success.
You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing various back-office
operations, including but not limited to, process management, data analysis, and
team coordination. Your expertise will contribute to the overall efficiency and
effectiveness of our domestic BFSI operations, ensuring we deliver exceptional
services to our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage and oversee back-office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and
timely completion of tasks.
* Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for process improvement and
optimization.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and
productivity.
* Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless
integration of processes.
* Monitor and maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity.
* Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, highlighting key
performance indicators.
* Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a
related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operations executive role,
preferably in the BFSI industry.
* Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed
decisions.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven track
record of meeting deadlines.
* Proficiency in using MS Office suite and other relevant software tools.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to
