Team Overview
BlackRock’s Outsourced Platform Services (OPS) provides global middle and back office support for BlackRock Solutions’ outsourcing business, including trade support, transaction servicing, collateral management, data governance, payments, corporate actions, reconciliations, alternative operations, and investment accounting. The team is focused on delivering scalable, controlled, and high-quality operational support for clients.
Global Client Alternative Services (GCAS), a specialized team within Tech & Ops under OPS, helps ensure the integrity of cash and position data for middle office clients and supports Aladdin clients investing in alternatives and private markets. The team partners globally on strategic initiatives and supports private and alternative asset workflows, including client engagement and daily IBOR reconciliation to help manage risk and client exposure.
This role demands expertise in reconciliation, exception management, and client service, complemented by strong problem-solving, data analysis, and process improvement skills.



Additional responsibilities include maintaining documentation, supporting management initiatives, and driving operational efficiency.
Position Overview
The Associate will support private markets and alternatives operations across reconciliation, settlement, exception management, documentation review, and client service. The role requires solid operational judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to partner across internal teams, external counterparties, and clients to maintain accurate IBOR data and manage operational risk.
Role Responsibilities
Apply deep expertise in loan and private markets—including project finance, structured credit, real assets, and syndicated loans—to engage effectively with stakeholders, agents, borrowers, counterparties, and high-profile clients.
