Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing / Applicant Generation
Pre-screen applicant submissions, utilize phone screeners and be confident in recommendations for moving candidates through the pipeline
Manages the communication flow between candidate, Hiring Manager and Recruitment Operations, ensuring that all parties remain up to date at each recruiting phase
Creatively source both active and passive candidates utilizing up-to-date methods, tools,
and services
Candidate Phone Screen / CS Recruit Candidate Completion
Make outbound calls to prospective applicants
Conduct phone interviews and schedule successful candidates for endorsement to Talent Acquisition team
Work in a highly scripted environment
Meet and exceed recruitment metrics and goals
Answer questions regarding the recruitment process
Conducts call outs of potential candidates and drives CS Recruit completion
Strategic Talent Sourcing
Develops and/or expands recruitment events as part of a marketing plan to support recruitment demands.
Engages in planning, developing, and arranging projects in line with current recruitment activities and recruitment requirements.
Plans and executes events that would provide a pool of applications for the Phone Screening and Talent Acquisition team.
Reviews and endorses event sourcing and headhunter proposals to the Talent Marketing & Sourcing Manag
