Preferred Eligibility Criteria
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Core Expertise: Proven track record in B2B and B2C consultative sales, corporate wellness retreats, group bookings, and high-ticket experience selling.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of total sales experience, with at least 2+ years specializing in selling luxury retreats, wellness packages, or high-end experiential travel within a luxury resort, boutique hospitality, or wellness brand.
Location & Mobility: Corporate office role based in Gurgaon. Must be comfortable working from the office and traveling occasionally to the resort campus or for client pitch meetings.

Job Description
Retreat Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive direct revenue by closing high-ticket individual, family, and group bookings for signature multi-day wellness and quantum healing retreats at Om Kalyanam.
Corporate & B2B Partnerships: Pitch, build, and secure corporate retreat partnerships with CXOs, family offices, luxury travel curators, and high-net-worth business networks.
Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth consultative sales conversations with prospective guests, understanding their health, mental clarity, and lifestyle goals to match them with the right retreat itinerary.
End-to-End Client Relationship: Manage the complete sales pipeline—from initial inquiry and customized proposal design to closing and pre-arriva
