Role: Product Marketer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Product Marketer to own the go-to-market motion for our eLearning and Immersive solutions. This is not a generalist role. You will be the bridge between our solutions and the market, deeply understanding our buyers (L&D; Heads, HR Leaders, C-suite etc), crafting messaging that resonates, and building the content and enablement engine that drives the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Positioning & Messaging
• Own and evolve the product positioning and messaging for our eLearning and Immersive Solutions portfolio
• Develop buyer-persona-specific messaging
• Differentiate Novac's solutions from competitors on the basis of outcomes and not just features
• Build and maintain a messaging framework that sales, pre-sales, and content teams can execute from

2. Go-to-Market Execution
• Plan and execute GTM campaigns for recent product/solution launches, capability expansions,



and target market entry (India, ME, US)
• Create campaign briefs, asset plans, and launch timelines coordinated across digital, content, and sales channels
• Partner with sales to define ICP, build account-level entry points, and support outbound plays
• Own the product marketing calendar and ensure consistent market presence throughout the year

3. Sales Enablement
• Build and maintain a sales toolkit that includes objection-handling guides, competitive intelligence briefs, and solution narratives
• Train business development and pre-sales teams on messaging, positioning, and how to use marketing materials
• Work with delivery and solution teams to translate technical capabilities into buyer-relevant language

4. Market & Competitive Intelligence
• Track market trends in corporate learning, instructional design, and enterprise L&D; technology
• Conduct regular competitive analysis across players in eLearning conten
