Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Jhajjar. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations for Accuvance’s bioscience and assisted reproductive technology solutions, including planning, forecasting,



and achieving revenue targets within assigned territories. The role involves managing and mentoring the sales team, developing strong relationships with dairy clients and farmers, and coordinating with technical and consulting teams to deliver tailored solutions. The Sales Manager will identify current business opportunities, conduct field visits, organize customer meetings and demonstrations, and provide market feedback to support product and service improvements. The position also includes preparing sales reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and customer service standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in agribusiness, dairy, biotechnology, or related sectors.
Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and negotiation.
Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
