Eligibility Criteria
• B.Com / BCA / Any Graduate
• Hardware & Networking certification/diploma will be preferred
• Relevant experience in hardware/networking or field support is required
• Basic technical and networking knowledge
• Willingness to travel for field visits and customer support
Key Skills
• Installation & troubleshooting of wired/wireless routers and antennas
• FTTH / Fiber Optic experience required
• Knowledge of fiber splicing & network deployment
• Basic networking & connectivity knowledge
• Hardware and technical troubleshooting
• Customer handling & communication skills
• Field support and coordination
• Ability to identify and resolve on-site technical issues
Key Responsibilities




• Install, configure & troubleshoot routers, antennas and networking equipment
• Fiber network deployment, field operations, testing, troubleshooting, and project coordination
• Visit customer locations for installation, maintenance and technical support
• Diagnose and resolve networking and connectivity issues
• Understand customer concerns and provide in office technical support
• Perform routine equipment checks
• Maintain records of field visits, installations and service activities
• Coordinate with the internal technical team for complex issues
• Ensure timely completion of assigned service requests
• Maintain professional relationships with customers
