ILT’s programs are compiled and structured by a leading digital marketing trainer and consultant in Kerala, Mr. Jitto Jose, who has over 15 years of industry experience. The training curriculum is carefully designed to meet the needs of both aspiring professionals and practicing marketers. ILT emphasizes practical, up-to-date digital marketing skills that support career growth and business performance.
Role Description The Business Development Executive will work on-site at our Kochi location in a full-time capacity, driving growth for ILT’s training programs. This role involves identifying prospective learners and corporate clients, generating leads through calls, meetings, and digital outreach, and presenting ILT’s offerings in a clear and compelling manner. The Business Development Executive will manage client relationships, follow up on inquiries, prepare proposals,



and support enrollment and onboarding processes. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM or other tracking tools, coordinating with the marketing and training teams, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs to refine ILT’s programs and sales strategies.
Qualifications
Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
Strong understanding of Business development principles with a focus on education or training services.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in Account Management, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in education, training, or digital marketing domains.
Comfort working with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic digital communication platforms.
