We are looking for a passionate and skilled Ice Cream Chef at CDP level to join our culinary team in Bangalore.

If you have strong expertise in premium ice creams, gelatos, sorbets and frozen desserts, and love creating unique flavours with consistency and quality, we would love to hear from you

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in Ice Cream / Gelato production
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, techniques & equipment
• Ability to develop new and innovative flavours
• Excellent understanding of consistency, quality & food safety
• Ability to independently manage mise en place and production
• Experience working in a professional, quick-paced kitchen environment
