Role Description The Sales Application Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Faridabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks.



This role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their automation and robotic requirements, preparing technical proposals, and presenting customized solutions for welding lines, special purpose machines, and integration projects. The Sales Application Engineer collaborates with engineering and project teams to translate customer needs into technical specifications, cost estimates, and project scopes, and supports the sales cycle from initial inquiry through order closure. Day-to-day activities include conducting technical discussions and demonstrations, providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, preparing documentation and drawings as needed, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also requires monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing feedback to improve products and services.
