Role Overview
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales team and manage high-value
clients while driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and long-term
relationship management.
The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, confident in client communication, and
experienced in managing key accounts with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage and develop relationships with key clients and high-value accounts.
● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout their engagement with
Arnifi.
● Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Arnifi’s services.
● Drive account growth, renewals, repeat business, and revenue expansion.




● Understand client requirements and recommend relevant Arnifi solutions.
● Conduct regular client follow-ups and account reviews to identify additional business
opportunities.
● Work closely with Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Success teams to
ensure smooth service delivery.
● Handle client concerns, objections, and escalations professionally.
● Maintain accurate client and sales information in the CRM.
● Track account performance, sales pipeline, revenue targets, and conversion metrics.
● Prepare proposals, commercial discussions, and negotiate with clients when required.
● Build solid long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
● Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.

● 2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Relationship Management,
B2B Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
