Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build long-term relationships with retail partners.
Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, including experience in field sales, order closing and target achievement.
Minimum 2 years of experience in garment, textile, or fashion industry sales is required.
Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills, including effective route planning and disciplined follow-up.
Comfort with on the ground travel in states like Bihar ,Orissa and Jharkhand and nearby areas is required.
A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
