Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Hathras. The Relationship Manager will identify and acquire new customers for housing finance products, conduct regular client meetings, and explain loan offerings and eligibility criteria. The role involves assessing customer needs,



collecting and verifying documentation, coordinating with credit and operations teams, and ensuring timely processing of loan applications. The Relationship Manager will maintain strong relationships with existing customers, manage queries and service requests, and support customers throughout the loan lifecycle. The position also includes achieving sales targets, conducting local market outreach, building referral networks with channel partners, and adhering to all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
