Evolving from a family-led venture into a structured manufacturing operation, the company manages all core garmenting processes in-house through 600+ machines covering auto-cutting, stitching, embroidery, finishing, quality control, and washing labs.

Role Description The Junior Merchandiser will support the end-to-end merchandising process, including coordinating with buyers, understanding product requirements, and assisting in sampling and order execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking orders and timelines, liaising with production, quality, and logistics teams, preparing basic costings and documentation, and ensuring that buyer specifications are accurately communicated and followed. The role involves maintaining clear records, updating status reports, handling routine correspondence with customers, and supporting senior merchandisers in managing styles, approvals,



and shipment plans. This is a full time, on-site role based in Tiruppur, requiring regular interaction with factory operations and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
