We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimise paid acquisition channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid media

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid ads strategy and manage our PPC campaigns.
This person will plan, execute, optimise and scale Google Ads, Meta Ads and other performance marketing campaigns to generate high quality IVF patient enquiries, consultations and treatment conversions

Key Responsibilities

1. Google Ads Management
Manage Google Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube campaigns.




Develop campaign structures around IVF
Conduct continuous keyword research and search term analysis.
Develop negative keyword strategies to reduce irrelevant traffic.
Create and test multiple ad copies, headlines and extensions.
Manage bidding strategies, budgets, locations, devices and audience targeting.
Continuously optimize campaigns for conversions and patient quality.
2. Performance Marketing
Develop a complete lead generation strategy for IVF patient acquisition through Google and Meta Ads
Optimize campaigns based on CPL, qualified leads, appointments, consultation and treatment conversion.
Work with the CRM/team to track the complete funnel.
3. Budget Management
Plan and allocate Google Ads budgets across cities, treatments and campaigns.
Monitor daily spending and campaign efficiency.
Scale high-performing campaigns while controlling wasted expenditure.
