Role Summary
This role supports 50 South Capital's alternative investment products through ownership and execution of investor onboarding, capital activity, platform operations, and operational transformation initiatives. The Senior Consultant serves as a key liaison between the business, platform vendors, administrators,



and Northern Trust technology, data, and operations teams.
Designed for an experienced alternatives operations professional (typically 9+ years of experience), the role requires deep understanding of investor servicing, capital mechanics, and alternative investment workflows, combined with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
The individual will partner closely with 50 South Capital leadership, Investor Relations, Business Development, Fund Operations, Legal & Compliance, Technology & Data teams, administrators, and platform providers to drive operational excellence, scale investor servicing capabilities, strengthen controls, and support strategic platform and operating model enhancements.
