KAREER Studio is looking for an energetic and enterprising Sales & Operations Executive – B2B to support the growth of our institutional and business partner network.
If you are good at communication, comfortable connecting with new people, digitally savvy and interested in building a career in the Education Consulting industry, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
? Identify and connect with prospective schools, colleges, educational institutions, franchise partners, referral partners and other B2B associates
? Generate leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, social media and other outreach channels
? Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective partners
? Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture enquiries until conversion
? Coordinate proposals, presentations, meetings,
documentation and onboarding of new partners
? Maintain B2B enquiry and customer records through CRM / ERP systems
? Manage emailers and WhatsApp communication for lead nurturing and partner engagement
? Assist in creating B2B-focused social media posts, campaigns and promotional communication
? Schedule and automate social media and digital communication wherever required
? Coordinate internally with marketing, counselling and operations teams for smooth execution
? Track leads, meetings, follow-ups, conversions and partner activity
? Prepare regular MIS and performance reports
Who Can Apply?
✔ Graduates / Postgraduates from BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, Management, Commerce or other relevant disciplines
✔ Freshers with strong communication and an enterprising mindset are welcome
✔ Candidates with B2B Sales, Business Development, Education Consulting, EdTech or Institutional Sales experience will have an advantag
