This role is a techno‑commercial sales position focused on understanding customer processes and delivering complete polishing solutions — not just selling products.

Role Summary

The Sales Manager – PaiClassic Division will drive B2B sales by identifying new customers, managing existing accounts, and providing end‑to‑end surface finishing solutions. This includes hand‑holding clients, understanding their polishing requirements, conducting trials, and implementing full polishing processes at customer sites.

The role demands strong technical curiosity, customer empathy, and the ability to represent a premium brand to high‑quality domestic and export‑oriented manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Prospecting
Identify and onboard new clients in eyewear, accessories, jewellery, and precision finishing industries.
Map customer processes and propose tailored polishing solutions.
Conduct product trials and process demonstrations at customer facilities.
