Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Mumbai. The Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, conducting interviews, successful onboarding & induction and creating cutting-edge recruitment strategies to attract top talent to support our growth and expansion efforts.

Qualifications
Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Employer Branding skills
Interviewing and Recruiting experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Experience in the health or wellness industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
