About the Role
We are looking for Sales Specialists who can own the complete sales journey — from finding current prospects and generating leads to closing deals and managing client relationships.
This is a full-cycle B2B sales role. You will be responsible for building your own pipeline, engaging with decision-makers, understanding their business needs, selling our IT Hardware Products and Services, closing opportunities, and growing the accounts you acquire.
What You'll Do
Identify and approach new prospects through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Connect with decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and identify genuine sales opportunities.
Conduct discovery calls, presentations and solution discussions; prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, handle objections, and close deals.
Build strong relationships with customers after the sale, understand their evolving requirements, and drive repeat business, upselling,



and cross-selling.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, keep CRM records updated, and provide accurate forecasts.
Work with technical, delivery, and internal teams to develop the right solutions and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Consistently work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT Hardware Sales, SaaS, consulting, or a related industry.
Proven ability to generate your own leads, develop opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite like PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
Comfortable working with sales targets, CRM systems, and a performance-driven environment.
