Role Description The Guest Services Associate – F&B; Service is a full-time, in office role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves welcoming guests to the restaurant or dining areas, managing seating, presenting menus, and ensuring timely and courteous service of food and beverages. The associate coordinates with the kitchen and bar staff, responds to guest requests, and addresses any service issues promptly and professionally.



Daily responsibilities include handling reservations for F&B; outlets, maintaining cleanliness and order in service areas, processing bills and payments accurately, and adhering to hotel standards for hygiene and safety. The role also requires active engagement with guests to promote hotel offerings, gather feedback, and contribute to a positive overall guest experience.
Qualifications
Strong Guest Services and Guest Service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and professional dining experience.
Proven Customer Service capabilities, including handling inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and empathy.
Experience managing Reservations for F&B; outlets or hospitality services, ensuring accurate bookings and smooth guest flow.
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with guests and coordinating with team members.
