Role Description The Operations Intern will support day-to-day operational activities, helping to coordinate online training schedules, manage student inquiries, and assist with course administration. This internship role involves tracking operational metrics, updating internal records, and supporting process improvements to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.



The intern will collaborate with the operations and sales teams to streamline workflows, prepare basic reports, and help maintain quality standards. This is an internship role based in Bhubaneswar with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track performance, and support operational decision-making.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, instructors, and learners.
Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship activities to support learner acquisition and retention.
Foundational knowledge of operations management and project management to assist in organizing training programs and internal processes.
Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner and manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
