Responsible for Plant Controlling & Control aspects of SGIPL – Sekurit (Sriperumbudur Location). Focus on all the costs that are incurred during the manufacturing and ensure there are no cost leakages in any of the process/activity carried out in production process.
Ensure internal controls are in place and continuously monitor the control aspects related to various areas. Focusing on all the manufacturing variances and discussing with operations team to identify the areas of improvement and drive action plans to increase the profitability of the business. Provide MIS on all key overheads in the manufacturing process and work closely with WCM team to projects which can offer savings to the business and continuously monitor the progress of the projects. Provide input for all statutory related compliances & audit. Managing physical verification of fixed assets and inventory as per requirements.
Responsible for the controlling activities for Sriperumbudur Plant. The scope of the job includes all the expenses related to production process (Raw material consumption, Processing cost (Energy,



Manpower, Depreciation, Maintenance and other overheads) & control fixed cost.
Key focus on Inventory management to support better working capital for the business
Preparation of P&L; for Sriperumbudur location and ensure profitability is tracked monthly.
Plant Controlling activities - Ensure monthly reports are on time, monitoring inventory cost and report purchase price variance and manufacturing variances against budget and drive corrective actions. Circulating weekly MIS on consumables, maintenance and packing costs to the operations team. Providing inputs to operations team and validating the cost saving on CRTF projects. Monitoring the fixed cost of the business to bring reduction.
